Each homeowner gets a portal branded with your logo. You control what they see: progress, photos, change orders, and documents. No app download required.

How much setup work is involved?

Accepted Answer

Start with one real job. Most teams can create the first working job in about 30 minutes, then add more jobs and templates as needed. Setup support is included with every plan.

Question 4

Do customers count against my user limit?

Accepted Answer

No. Customer access is unlimited on every plan. You only pay for your internal team.

Question 5

Why is there a walkthrough instead of a free trial?

Accepted Answer

f2o4 is set up around your actual workflow. The walkthrough helps us configure the system for your company so you start with something useful, not a blank account.

Question 6

Accepted Answer

Month to month, cancel anytime. Annual plans save the equivalent of two months.

Question 7
